PLEASE READ THIS PRIVACY POLICY CAREFULLY. IT DESCRIBES DETAILS ABOUT HOW WE COLLECT, USE AND DISCLOSE PERSONAL INFORMATION YOU SHARED WITH US. IF YOU ARE UNDER 16, DO NOT PROVIDE ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION UNLESS YOU HAVE FIRST OBTAINED YOUR PARENT’S OR GUARDIAN’S PERMISSION.

FightClub Games ("FightClub" or “we”) is dedicated to protecting the privacy rights of its online users ("users" or “user”). This Online Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") has been crafted to inform users as to the ways FightClub collects, stores, uses, and manages the information users provide during the use of any FightClub game or application ("Service"), it also describes the choices available to you regarding the use of, your access to and rectification or erasure of your personal information, your right to request restriction of processing or to object to processing, as well as the right to data portability.

By using the Service, users are agreeing to the collection and use of their personal information as outlined in this Privacy Policy. FightClub may amend the Privacy Policy from time to time, and FightClub encourages users to consult the Privacy Policy regularly for changes.

Information Collected and Used

FightClub's primary objective in collecting users’ information is to provide and enhance the Service and to enable users to easily navigate and enjoy the Service.

When users install any of the FightClub games or applications, FightClub may collect and record the information users provide voluntarily through the site where the games users install are released.

The types of personal information collected in accordance with the activities listed above may vary depending on the activities. This "personal information" is defined as information about users that can be used to contact or identify users. We collect the following personal information:

Information you provide:

Please note that we provide our Services via Google or Apple or other app marketplaces/platforms. You are required to create a Google account or an Apple Game Centre ID or other app marketplaces account in order to realize certain functions of the Services, for example, to purchase virtual currency or virtual items. We do not collect your email, name, credit card, phone number, age, gender, address and any other personal information, which you might need to provide to Google, Apple or other app marketplaces. However, we collect the following personal information: (1) Information about the users’ in-game profile, including without limitation the users in-game profile ID, (2) users’ access and participation, and performance in Service, including user’s message boards on the Service, (3) users’ email to our customer support, and (4) users’ purchase of a virtual product of any type. Please note that because a third party site manages the purchases of virtual goods offered by the Service, FightClub does not have access to users’ payment details and billing information. FightClub may also collect the following information about users: (1) information about the hardware users may own; (2) users’ game play information such as their highest scores or game session duration. FightClub may combine the users’ different types of information in an attempt to provide the users with a better user experience, to improve the quality and value of the Services and to analyze how our Service is used. In addition to information collected as described above, users may choose to share additional information about themselves throughout the Service, such as in games or on message boards. Any actions users perform with other players are considered public, and are at users’ sole discretion. Any information users provide to FightClub, and any information users choose to share about themselves as part of the use of any service, will be stored as entered.

Identifiers and Location

We may also collect identifiers, such as unique identifiers, device IDs and other identifiers that uniquely identify your mobile device. We may also collect your location data, which may include GPS coordinates (e.g. latitude and/or longitude) or similar information regarding the location of your mobile device. Some features of the Service, particularly location-based services, may not function properly if use or availability of location data is impaired or disabled.

Information collected to prevent cheating and unauthorized use

When you use our Service, this may involve software functions designed to detect cheating or unauthorized and malicious programs. In this context, we may access, collect, monitor and/or remotely store screenshots of game play, information relating to hardware capacity, modifications related to our game software, signatures, profiles or names of known unauthorized or malicious third party programs, files or processes that enable or facilitate cheating, unfair advantage or hacking of the games or Service. If unauthorized or malicious programs are detected, the game software may also communicate to us the users account and user ID and information about the unauthorized or malicious program or its use.

Log files

We may collect the date and time of your visit, download information, the links you click and areas you view within the Services, game metrics and usage data, and other standard server log information. We collect additional information when the Services crash or otherwise encounter a problem, including system and driver data. Consistent with your device permissions, we may collect or derive location information from your device’s GPS signal, Bluetooth connections, nearby WiFi networks, and similar device information. We also may derive location from your IP address Any time users access the Service. FightClub may collect internet protocol addresses, operating system, mobile device type, mobile device language, referring / exit pages and URLs, platform type, number of clicks, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed and the order of those pages, the amount of time spent on particular pages, the date and time of this activity, and other activity on the Service. We also use website analytics tools on our Service to retrieve information from your browser or mobile device, including the site you came from, the search engine(s) and the keywords you used to find our site, the pages you view within the Service, and other information that assists us in improving the Service. FightClub uses this information to better tailor the Service to users’ interests, to provide users more efficient customer support, and to overall enhance the Service.

Cookie data

Cookies are files with small amount of data that is commonly used an anonymous unique identifier. These are sent to your browser from the website that you visit and are stored on your device internal memory. This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collection information and to improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of this Service. You can access certain portion of our Service without providing us with any personal information. However, you will not be able to utilize certain features that require registration or receive materials unless certain information is provided. The processing of this personal information is lawful as it is necessary for the performance of our Service, in line with art. 6.1.(b) of the GDPR. Where processing is not necessary for the performance of the Service, your consent to such processing will be requested. From time to time we may change the information requested upon registration or with respect to certain features or services, so this may not be a complete list.

You have the right to object to any type of processing by contacting us as indicated below. In such case, we will carefully assess whether there are compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

How Do We Share Personal Information

For legal reasons

Users understand and agree that FightClub may be required to disclose any personal information if required to do so by law or in the good faith that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to avoid liability, to comply with legal process, including but not limited to a search warrant, subpoena, statute, or court order, or to protect our rights and property, or that of the public. Note that FightClub is not required to question or contest the validity of any search warrant, subpoena or other similar governmental request that FightClub may receive. FightClub believes it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of FightClub's terms of use, or as otherwise required by law.

For external processing

We may share personal information with vendors, consultants and other service providers (“Service Providers”) such as our credit card processor and our Live Chat vendor who are engaged by or working with us in connection with the operation of the Service and who need access to such information to carry out their work for us. FightClub provides the personal information to other trusted partners to process it for us, based on our instructions and in compliance with appropriate confidentiality and security measures. For example, we use service providers to help us with customer support. We may also share information about you with companies that aggregate it to provide analytics and measurement reports to our partners. From time to time, we may also share personal information with third parties when you give us your consent to do so. For example, we may enter into relationships with other parties to make specific services or offers available directly to our users. If a user opts in to these third party services or marketing offers, for example by clicking through to a third party link, we may share the personal information you provide at the time of sign-up or such other personal information, such as your name or other contact information, that we deem reasonably necessary or appropriate for our business partner to provide these services or offers or get in contact with you. If you no longer want us to share your personal information with these companies, contact us as indicated below.

Affiliates and change of ownership

We may share information with companies in the same group of companies as FightClub, which includes our subsidiaries (i.e., any organization we own or control). These companies will use your personal information in the same way as we can under this Policy. Additionally, in the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or other similar event, customer information may be transferred to FightClub's successor or assignee, if permitted by and done in accordance with applicable law.

We see this processing as necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by us, in line with art. 6.1.(f) of the GDPR. You have the right to object to this type of processing by contacting us as indicated below. When you share your information

You understand that when you use the community features of our Service, information you post in public or private groups, forums, and other interactive areas of the Service, as well as any information you share with individuals through the Service, will be available to other users and in some cases (such as when you post to a public area of the Service) may be publicly available. We recommend you be cautious in giving out personal information to others or sharing such information in public or private online forums. We are not responsible for the actions of any third parties with whom you share personal information.

Data Transfers

Your Personal Information may be accessed by staff, suppliers or other persons in, transferred to, and/or stored at, a destination outside the European Union in which data protection laws may be of a lower standard than in the European Union. We will, in all circumstances, safeguard personal information as set out in this Privacy Policy. Where we transfer Personal Information from inside the European Union to outside the European Union, we may be required to take specific additional measures to safeguard the relevant Personal Information. We will establish legal grounds justifying such transfer, such as EU Commission-approved model contractual clauses, or other legal grounds permitted by applicable legal requirements.

The Service may contain links to other websites. The fact that the Service links to a website or presents a banner ad or other type of advertisement does not mean that FightClub endorses or authorizes that third party, nor is it a representation of our affiliation with that third party. FightClub is not responsible for the privacy policies of these other websites to which users choose to access from the Service. We encourage you to learn about their privacy and security practices and policies before providing them with personal information.

Game Updates

When we update or “patch” any of our games or other software, we may utilize a patch routine to verify whether the most recent version is installed on your device. If not, the most recent version may automatically be uploaded to your device, and you hereby consent to, and waive any further notice of, such upload. You understand and agree that when you download a game, in order to be able to use the game the software may monitor and communicate information from your device relating to hardware capacity.

We may, with your consent, send push notifications to your mobile device to provide game updates and other relevant messages. You can manage push notifications from your mobile device’s settings page for the relevant game and/or from the settings page within the relevant mobile game. We may also send local notifications to your mobile device to provide game updates and other relevant information. Your Choices and Control

You may be able to adjust your privacy settings for push notifications, and other information or features within the Services or your device permissions. Please review the settings for the Services and your device for more information. To stop the collection of information by a FightClub game, you can uninstall the game using the standard uninstall process available on your device or the app marketplace or network from which you installed the game.

Please keep in mind that you may be required to create a Google account or an Apple Game Centre ID or other app marketplaces account in order to use certain functions of the Services. You are required to consent to the privacy policies of such app marketplaces. You have the right to request from such app marketplaces access to and rectification or erasure of your personal information collected by such app marketplaces. You also have the right to request from us access to and rectification or erasure of personal information we collected or restriction of processing or to object to processing as well as the right to data portability by emailing us at support@super-chameleon.com. We will address your reasonable request to the extent that technologically feasible and required by applicable law.

Where processing is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw consent at any time. Furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

Data Retention

Our retention periods for personal information are based on business needs and legal requirements. We retain your personal information for as long as is necessary for the processing purpose(s) for which the information was collected or until we discontinue our Services, whichever occurs earlier. For example, we may retain certain transaction details and correspondence until the time limit for claims arising from the transaction has expired, or to comply with regulatory requirements regarding the retention of such data. When personal information is no longer needed, we either irreversibly anonymise the data (and we may further retain and use the anonymised information) or securely destroy the data.

Security

We follow generally accepted standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it.. However, FightClub cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to overcome those measures or use users’ personal information for improper purposes. All information you provide to us is stored on our or our subcontractors’ secure servers and accessed and used subject to our security policies and standards. Also please note that email and messaging systems are not considered secure, so FightClub discourages users from sending FightClub personal information through these mediums.

Policy Regarding Children

The Service is not geared toward children under the age of 13 and you may not use our Services if you are under the age of 13. You must also be old enough to consent to the processing of your personal information in your country (in some countries we may allow your parent or guardian to do so on your behalf). If you are under 16 and above 13, do not provide any personal information unless you have first obtained your parent’s or guardian’s permission if you are above age 13 and under age 16. If FightClub learns that a child under 13 has provided FightClub with personal information FightClub will delete such information from its files as quickly as possible. FightClub recognizes the importance of safeguarding the privacy of children and encourages parents to check and monitor their children's use of online activities regularly.

General Data Protection Regulation

When you are in the European Union, the European Regulation (EU) 2016/679, also referred to as the “General Data Protection Regulation” or “GDPR”, applies to the processing of your personal data by FightClub.
